Sales - Creates and maintains sales volumes relative to the potential for sales within a specific geographical area.
Meeting sales quotas assigned to territory.
Prepares and submits sales forecasts as requested for use in planning and for controlling dealer inventories.
Makes physical calls to end users.
Required experience with municipal sales and knowledge of state and government contracts.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's):
Good human relation skills.
Ability to work under pressure, coordinate various activities.
Ability to communicate very well in writing and verbally.
Ability to plan and organize.
Understanding of production processes, maintenance and equipment operation.
Excellent driving record/skills.
Knowledge of the heavy equipment industry Basic computer skills required (Word, Excel and ACT) Core Competencies for Leaders:

Education and
Experience:
Four year college education preferred.
At least 3-5 years sales experience.
Working Conditions:
Able to work overtime, weekends and/or holidays as required.
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear.
The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to handle, feel and reach with hands and arms.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.
